BOCADO Burger is reconnecting with its iconic Westside roots as the Alpharetta destination has announced a rebrand to BOCADO. Conceptualized by owner and longtime Atlanta restaurateur Brian Lewis, the revamp pays homage to the former Westside location that was met with much acclaim throughout its tenure, and marks a new era for the concept through the introduction of an expanded menu, refreshed beverage program and an evolved ambiance with spirited design.

“Our guests have always been fiercely loyal to the BOCADO name, and the decision to add to our selection was made with our community in mind,” said owner Brian Lewis in a statement. “Our goal with this new direction is to embody a neighborhood gathering spot where diners can imbibe and enjoy great food, drinks and even more shareable plates with friends and family. We are eager to showcase the refreshed brand and are hopeful that guests will continue to embrace this new experience.”

Widely known for its double-stack burger and a kitchen seasoned by some of Atlanta’s most decorated chefs, BOCADO is taking guests back to the beginning with a remixed and expanded menu of shareable plates like 18-month-aged serrano ham, parmesan croquetas, sticky BBQ smoked chicken wings, grilled artichokes, crispy Texas cheese fries and local, leafy green salads. A line-up of house burgers like the infamous BOCADO Burger Stack with American cheese, b&b pickles & mayo, a Bacon Beer Cheese Burger with guinness & smoked gouda cheese sauce, bacon jam, bibb lettuce, tomato & mayo, and The Down South Burger with pimento cheese, poblano pepper, bacon, fried green tomato & spicy mayo are also available, alongside a special kids menu and a selection of nostalgic desserts like sundaes, handspun milkshakes and soft serve ice cream in a cone.

The refreshed concept has also debuted a revolving line-up of weekly specials like half-off select bottles of wine on Mondays and Wednesdays and $7 well drinks that are available daily beginning at 4pm. In addition to its newly minted in-house programming, the space has been reimagined to better accommodate private events, gatherings and parties of all sizes.

Behind the bar, the rejuvenated beverage program offers a robust collection of local and craft beers, wine by the glass and a revolving door of seasonal shots and cocktails like an Aperol Spritz with prosecco, Aperol & orange zest, a BOCADO Margarita with local strawberry, Herradura, orange liqueur & lime, an Espresso Martini made with Tito’s, espresso, coffee liqueur and an Avalon Old Fashioned with bourbon, cola syrup, barrel bitters, orange peel.

BOCADO is open for lunch and dinner every Sunday through Thursday from 11:30am to 9pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11:30am to 10pm.
