The Cumberland location—expected to open in February, 2018— will be Bezoria’s third location. The first debuted in Midtown in 2014. The second opened in Alpharetta in 2015.

The 2,370-square-foot Bezoria space adjacent Jason’s Deli near the Sear’s mall exit will be accessible from inside and outside the mall.

[Cumberland Mall] strategically fit everything we’re trying to do from an expansion standpoint,” Yogi Patel, Bezoria’s co-founder, in an email Friday told What Now Atlanta.

“We’re growing on the outskirts and working our way in.”

Atlanta could see more Bezoria locations in the near future.

Patel and his team are “constantly looking at sites and best opportunities” for new stores, he said.

Bezoria offers a “build-your-own” menu. Guests start with a base—a choice of pita, flatbread (wheat laffa), rice, hummus or salad; then select from four different protein options—chicken shawarma, chicken Kefta, steak shawarma, or falafel, which are gluten-free; and finally choose from four toppings—cabbage slaw, tomato and cucumber salad, sumac onions and pickles, all vegan and gluten-free.

Sauces available include garlic, tahini and Sahara (hot) sauce.

In related news, Cumberland Mall will soon bring in at least three additional tenants: Cool Shades, Carlo’s Bakery, and Beya.

The Cumberland Mall website lists all three brands as “coming soon.”
