“The Midtown location closed due to redevelopment on Jan. 1, 2020,” Bezoria Co-Owner Imtiaz Ramzam confirmed with What Now Atlanta through email Friday.
“We are still actively searching for a new location.
Noodle closed on Feb. 20, 2020, and T-Mobile relocated to 855 Peachtree in September 2019.
Bulldogs Bar, which was next door to the T-Mobile will reportedly be staying put, according to the owner Brent Cochran-Maddox.
In March 2019, What Now Atlanta reported that the fates of the two restaurants were uncertain due to permits filed by Chicago-based CA Ventures to demolish the existing single-story structures that housed them in order to develop 903 Peachtree.
When complete, the multi-family development is expected to deliver 33 stories of 417 residences and 12,000 square feet of ground-level retail.
While Bezoria does not have plans to return to the location after the project is completed, it is unclear if Noodle will be returning.
The buildings which housed the restaurants have not yet been demolished.

417 residences? Would that be condos, or apartments?
Apartments, 417 condos would just sit on the market as the construction costs would drive the prices of even a 1 br unit over $500,000.
This makes me sad
