Bulla Gastrobar unveiled its new winter menu on January 16 in Atlanta. The new delectable menu will be served to guests for a limited time only until April 2. The restaurant is inviting diners to check out the seasonal Spanish-style dishes that are now being offered.

Bulla Gastrobar is especially known for its tapas served on small plates that can be shared and its stellar service. Guest reviews from the restaurants almost always appreciate the attention and personable feeling the waiters gave them. The new winter menu at Bulla Gastrobar has a total of six dishes that are all quite interesting. Among them, the offerings that stand out are the following:

  • Chistorra A La Sidra: Thin Spanish-style sausage simmered in cider and accompanied by baguette.
  • Clams with Pork Belly: Clams cooked in white wine with diced tomatoes and basil, served with baguette.
  • Caldo Gallego: A Galician soup made with tender chorizo, fresh kale, creamy white beans, and smoked pork shank.
  • Fried Eggplant: Crispy fried eggplant paired with rich Manchego cheese and drizzled with aromatic honey truffle aioli.
  • Short Ribs: Slow-braised, tender short ribs topped with creamy Tetilla cheese, homemade potato chips, caramelized onions, vibrant salsa criolla, and a light potato foam.
  • Crema Catalana: A classic Spanish crème brûlée with a caramelized sugar crust, served with fresh, seasonal berries.

For dessert that winds up the evening, Crema Catalana which is a Spanish-style crème brûlée topped with fresh berries is being offered.

Further, the new winter menu at the Bulla Gastrobar also includes two new cocktails. The first is Smoke & Spice, which is a sweet and spicy blend of Mezcal and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur. Second is Bulla’s unique take on a Spiced Old Fashioned, enhanced with winter spiced syrup and Angostura bitters.

Lunch Hours

  • 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Dinner Hours:

  • 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
  • 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Friday and Saturday

Brunch Hours:

  • 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday
  • 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday

Happy Hour:

  • 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM on all days.

Further, guests are encouraged to make reservations online before they visit the restaurant. They may also opt for pickup and delivery as well.
