North American Properties today announced several new restaurants and retailers today as part of Avalon’s Phase II expansion.

Hop City and The Spotted Trotter will join forces in creating Avalon’s own Beer Garden. Both currently have locations at Krog Street Market.

Joining Antico, Bocado Burger, and Bantam + Biddy will be Brine Fish House, a new chef-driven concept from Marc Taft of Chicken and the Egg. The addition will introduce a seafood option to Avalon’s restaurant roster.

What Now Atlanta Elite 100 pick Rumi’s Kitchen will also have a spot at Avalon as a part of Phase II.

Ponce City Market eatery Farm to Ladle is on Track to open in early June, and European concept Cafe Intermezzo in November.

Retailers The Boardroom Salon for Men, Lucky Brand, Urban Outfitters, Levi’s and Brooks Brothers are also slated for the development.

The Phase II expansion will include an additional 550,000 square feet of office space, 276 multifamily units, a 330-key hotel and 74,000-square-foot conference center.
