The new-to-Atlanta Parisian bistro will feature an extensive wine list and classic French dishes for brunch, dinner and light bites.

“When I first visited Atlantic Station five years ago, I felt a sense of ‘joie de vivre’ or ‘joy of living’,” Sam Djomo Jr., founder and general manager of Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar, said in the release. “The storefronts and bustling streets at Atlantic Station reminded me of my home in Paris, and I knew it was the perfect location for Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar. Our hope is to bring a little bit of France to Atlanta in a way that’s accessible to everyone.”

Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar will offer French menu items along with Southern-inspired dishes. Guests can choose from an assortment of small plates, including fried calamari, escargots bourguignon, and tuna tartare, to larger entrée options, such as croque-madame, shrimp and grits, and steak frites. Focused on normalizing champagne as an everyday beverage, the Parisian bistro will offer an extensive champagne and wine list within an “affordable” price range.

“Our goal at Atlantic Station is to provide a wide variety of retail and restaurant options that meet the needs of our diverse community,” Kristie Ray, director of marketing at Hines, the owner of Atlantic Station, said. “Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar is a unique concept that provides classic French cuisine and wine in an approachable atmosphere. As always, we will continue to cultivate the right mix of international and local fare at Atlantic Station to offer something for everyone on property.”

Situated near Atlantic Green, the bistro will offer a raw bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a full bar with classic cocktails including rosé champagne punch and French 75.

Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar is the newest restaurant to join the diverse tenant mix at Atlantic Station. With additional tenants on tap to be announced, Atlantic Station plans to celebrate the openings of Azotea Cantina, LINDBERGH, Toscano Ristorante Italian and more this year.
