The property’s website recently posted floor plans, pricing details, new renderings and forthcoming tenants.

Prices range from $1,000 to $1,499 for a 628 SF studio to $3,700 for a $1,439 SF 2 bed, 2 bath unit, making it more affordable than Yoo on the Park, for which pricing details were also recently revealed.

Caribou Coffee will open a cafe at the development along with Einstein Bros. Bagels – appropriate, as Atlantic House will stand where an Einstein’s location previously operated.

McCray’s Tavern, a restaurant with two locations in Lawrenceville and Smyrna, is listed as a tenant as well.

The 32-story tower will bring 400 residential units and 11,500 square feet of retail to the intersection of 14th and West Peachtree streets. When completed, Atlantic House will bear a stark resemblance to another Novare tower, The Atlantic, which stands just blocks away.

A leasing brochure indicates that the development will be completed in August.

  1. Atlanta is building all of this great apartments but the monthly rent is a little crazy for the size apartment you are trying to sell! It’s the location that you are really selling.

  2. Pricing is ridiculous for Atlanta and the suburbs too. It’s starting to become a mini San Francisco with the high cost of living.

  3. The same look as every other apartment building. Why do these developers continue to create designs with such small patios? The one big missing component in choosing an apartment/condo is giving up any outside space. Why can’t a developer design a building with large scale patios to offer this outdoor amenity. I wish we could have readers feedback through a poll because I would love to know if patio space would be a deciding factor for choosing between two similar properties at the same cost/psf?
