The salon would join BABALU Tapas & Tacos, Dancing Goats Coffee Bar, Molana, WhichWich Superior Sandwiches, and [solidcore] in the mixed-use project.
Alta Midtown, the new mixed-use residential project at 915 West Peachtree Street, has landed Cherry Blow Dry Bar, Wood Partners and Selig Realty, Inc. last week announced in a press release.
Entrepreneurs Isabel and Alberto Nuñez, who moved to Atlanta in 2005 with their daughter Jen, could open the franchise's first Midtown location.
"Between work, play and other activities, women on the go want to look and feel good about their hair and makeup, but don’t always have the time to make their hair look just right for the occasion, the lunch or the office," Alberto Nuñez told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email Monday.
"Cherry Blow Dry Bar not only fulfills this need with consistent high-quality services, but we offer it in an affordable and convenient membership model."
Cherry Blow Dry Bar would occupy a 1,755-square-foot space on West Peachtree Street at the mixed-use development, the second location of the blowout-styling salon in Atlanta. The first is under construction in the Buckhead Exchange shopping center.
The Nuñez family hopes to own two to three additional Cherry Blow Dry Bars in the near future.
"While our full focus is on making our Midtown location a success, there are many great neighborhoods in the greater Atlanta-area that we’re also considering for additional locations."
Cherry Blow Dry Bar will join retailers and restaurants BABALU Tapas & Tacos, Dancing Goats Coffee Bar, Molana, WhichWich Superior Sandwiches, and [solidcore] at Alta Midtown.
