Have Tea Around Atlanta Surrounded By Luxury
The Tea Around Atlanta experience is a unique blend of various aspects. First of all, one will be seated on a double-decker bus, having luxurious, pink decor, with flowers adorning the space and comfortable seats.
Soon after they’re seated, they’ll be served exquisite tea, available in a total of 7 flavors (included for those who bought luxe tickets). Flavors like Refresh Rosé with all the rosiness of a crisp & fresh rosé – without the alcohol add to the luxury. Rooibos & Cinnamon has South African rooibos blended with cinnamon spice. While on the ride, guests can taste up to 3 teas.
To go with the tea, there will be savory and sweet items, along with scones. The Savory menu includes items like Cool Down Cucumber which are Crisp cucumbers and herbed crème on soft white bread, topped with a cucumber spiral. The Prestigious Pearls of Caviar will have luxurious caviar on crème fraîche and cucumber purée in a delicate savory shell. There are a total of 12 items (9 for the Petite menu) that are part of the savory menu.
For the sweets, guests will be served 7 items (4 for the petite menu) that are part of the menu. Among them is the Espresso Cloud Divine which is a Light espresso cream layered with lady fingers and topped with crumbled hazelnuts. They can also have the Mini Lemon Meringue, which is a smooth meringue in a sweet tart topped with fresh chantilly cream and a mint leaf.
Four types of scones will also be served on the bus. Freshly Baked Cranberry Scone, which is a warm, flaky scone filled with tangy cranberries, baked to perfection, will be simply delicious with the tea. The Adirondack Preserves will have raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry & lemon zest jam.
The stunning views of the city as the bus passes through its beautiful roads from Downtown to Midtown Atlanta will add to the experience. As the cherry on top, there will also be a live band performing to set the ambiance of the experience.
Ticket Prices and Booking
There are two types of tickets available for the Tea Around Atlanta. The “Petite” which comes at $69 will have the Petite menu, sky deck seating with 360 views, a private table, and the Souvenir tea tumbler. The “Luxe” ticket will be $99 and comes with an enhanced menu, Winter delight mocktail, and Priority boarding. Reservations can be made online.
Guests can scan their e-pass and need not carry print-outs. A wheelchair ramp is available on the bus and they call the operators to inquire more.
The entire experience will take approximately 90 minutes, which includes 15 minutes for boarding or disembarking. Guests can hop on the bus from Centennial Olympic Park Dr between John Portman BLVD NW and Andrew Young International BLVD NW across from 212 Centennial Olympic Park Dr NW.
