Indoor golf is coming to Lee + White.
Atlanta Golf & Social has signed a lease at the adaptive-reuse development in Atlanta’s West End, occupying one of the last remaining spaces at the Lee + White food hall.
The concept combines indoor golf simulators and lessons with a casual sports-bar environment. This is the second location for Atlanta Golf & Social, which opened in downtown Chamblee in April 2023.
In addition to a golf experience powered by Trackman, a premier simulator technology, Atlanta Golf & Social features craft cocktails, food options and purposefully designed bar and lounge spaces.
Atlanta Golf & Social is leasing 3,767 square feet fronting the Atlanta Westside BeltLine. President Leo Wiener and Senior Vice President Kelly Wilson of Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., completed the lease with Atlanta Golf & Social on behalf of owners Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners.
“Lee + White’s mixed-use development is a gathering place for the West End community, and that makes it a great fit for us,” Jeremy Williams, co-owner of Atlanta Golf & Social, said in a news release. “We’re excited to continue building that community through the game of golf – giving visitors to Lee + White an opportunity to improve their golf game, or simply relax and have some fun while enjoying an afternoon or evening at Lee + White.”
Atlanta Golf & Social is targeting a December 2024 opening at the development.
The Lee + White food hall includes 16 eateries along with the Strangers in Paradise central bar. One space of 3,990 square feet remains available.
