Gables Residential in December will begin leasing The Ashley Gables Buckhead, according to a press release Wednesday.
Situated in the Buckhead Village, at 530 East Paces Ferry Road, The Ashley Gables Buckhead will offer a 24/7, on-site concierge, and an app that supports the property’s amenities.
“We’re thrilled to be launching The Ashley in the heart of such a vibrant and exclusive neighborhood like Buckhead Village,” Joe Wilber, Senior Vice President of Investment for Gables, said in the release.
“We’ve had great success launching this luxury apartment offering in Miami and Denver and we believe that Buckhead is the perfect market for it.”
The Ashley Gables Buckhead will offer studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom, and townhome floorplans, ranging in size from 476 to 2,588 square feet.
Units will boast open floor plans and interior finishes like customizable closet systems, wine fridges, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, keyless door locks, hardwood flooring, frameless showers, and balconies.
Notable on-site amenities include the “largest elevated pool in the market,” a sky lounge, a rooftop dog park, a gaming courtyard, a movie wall, and a 24-hour business center.
The property will also feature a solar photovoltaic canopy over the rooftop dog park designed to provide shade and shelter from the elements and generate energy.
In addition, the apartment home community will add over 2,400 square feet of retail space to Buckhead Village.
