Buckhead luxury apartment complex ARYA Peachtree has just about every amenity you could think of — indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a pool, community grills, a game room, a dog run, and even a dog spa, to name a few. But the one thing the building is missing? A restaurant.

It looks like that’s about to change. A permit has been filed for The Usual at 1777 Peachtree Street NE, a restaurant that will soon open inside ARYA Peachtree. A representative for Plexus Research & Design, who is listed on the permit as the applicant, confirmed the news.

An estimated $525,000 will be spent building out the 3487 square-foot, first-generation space, according to the permit filing.

We don’t have many details as to when the restaurant will open or what sort of restaurant it will be, but one thing’s for sure: in the event of a zombie apocalypse (or, say, a pandemic?), we know where we’re taking shelter.
