Ahead of breaking ground in Roswell, Southern Post has already secured PONKO Chicken and Da Vinci’s Donuts as tenants. The community, slated to commence development in spring 2021 and located off Alpharetta Highway with access to Frazier Street, is aiming for a mix of retail shops, loft-style office space, restaurants, and “carefully curated” residences.
“Southern Post will serve as a continuation of the growth in downtown Roswell and the next step for revitalizing the area,” Louis Haddad, President & CEO of Armada Hoffler Properties, said in a press release. “We intend to deliver on the vision created in partnership with S.J. Collins Enterprises and believe that this project brings significant value as it aligns with our mixed-use capabilities, fitting well within our portfolio for long term hold. We remain excited to be a part of Roswell and are eager to expand our presence in the market.”
The mixed-use development would offer 40,000 square feet of retail space, 90,000 square feet of loft-style, open-concept office space, 128 luxury apartments, and 10 townhomes with garages. Armada Hoffler Properties and S.J. Collins Enterprises have a continued partnership on several other projects throughout the country and in Atlanta.
