“Both tenants promise to bring creative tools, fun gifts and fresh fashions to our growing list of retailers in Town Centre, and we’re thrilled to welcome them into our creative vision,” Rob Parker, president of the Town at Trilith, said in the release. “These new retailers add to an exciting line-up and will occupy storefronts in our Town Centre next year as the multi-family units of Premiere Lofts are completed above the retail spaces.”

Archer Paper Goods is a stationery and gift retailer specializing in gift items, books, home goods, greeting cards, desk supplies, art prints, gift wrap, linens, candles and vintage finds. The retailer currently operates four stores, including locations in Ponce City Market, in Athens, Ga., Dallas, and Charlotte, N.C. The Trilith location will carry additional gift items and vintage goods from sister store The Merchant, with locations at Krog Street Market and Buckhead Market Place. “Archer Paper Goods offers a unique brand and shopping experience,” Owner Dan Collier said. “Our eclectic, specialized products and gifts will be a perfect fit for those living in or visiting Trilith.”

Additionally, The Collective is a new environment for curated goods and experiences hand-crafted by local makers. It includes nine retail stalls for predominantly fashion lines and “one-of-a-kind” merchandise.

“We are asked by cutting-edge fashion and boutique owners all of the time how they can get in on the action in this new town, and the good news is there’s still time to book space in The Collective,” Bill Lynch, principal of PaceLynch, who is helping lead tenant recruitment at The Collective with Todd Semrau of Oakhurst Realty Partners. “This is an ideal way to toggle designers, creatives, and visionaries who want to bring their wares to this growing community.”

The Piedmont Wellness Center, Barleygarden Kitchen and Craft Bar, and Hop City are already open in Trilith Town Center, with the following announced retailers planned for 2021: Leyland Blue, Trilith Food Hall, Native Collective (from the makers of Native Beauty Bar), The Skin Society, Sugarcoat, Premiere Hair Studio, a concierge by Edwin Jarvis, Woodstone Bakery & Café from the makers of Apple Butter Bakery, Braise, Honeysuckle Gelato, and Amici Italian Café. The development also plans to open a nine-screen movie theatre.

  1. I’m still skeptical of the Trilith rebrand. It took me a second to even remember what development it was. Very generic.
