Atlanta-based Concentrics Restaurant has plans to replace its Lobby Bar & Bistro establishment in Midtown with Allora, an Italian concept, Eater Atlanta Wednesday first reported.

Construction on the space situated in Atlantic Station’s Twelve Hotel, at 361 17th Street NW, is slated to begin in June. Allora would open shortly after in July.

Allora will serve up pizzas, pastas, insalatas, and small plates, under the direction of Chef Christopher Maher, a Concentrics veteran. The menu is still being finalized, according to Eater.

The space will be “industrial” and “inviting” with chef’s tables that peer into the open kitchen layout.

Concentrics owns and operates Atlanta favorites like One Midtown Kitchen, Two Urban Licks, and the recently-opened Nexto.

Several attempts by What Now Atlanta to reach Concentrics for comment went un-answered.
