Planet Fitness development partner Alder Partners has opened a new 22,000 square-foot Planet Fitness in Sandy Springs, Franklin Street, the real estate firm that arranged the lease, this week announced. The club is Alder Partners’ 37th club in the Greater Atlanta metro.
As Alder Partners’ exclusive leasing advisor in the Atlanta market, Franklin Street’s retail tenant representation team, led by Senior Director Greg Eisenman, helped secure the new location, at 6335 Roswell Road.

Planet Fitness gyms have cardio machines and strength equipment, a 30-Minute Express Circuit, flat-screen televisions throughout, fully-equipped granite locker rooms with day lockers, showers, plus an exclusive Black Card®Spa area that includes tanning, massage chairs, HydroMassage beds, and the newly released amenity of meditation pods for Black Card® Members.
