Administrative Permit Submitted for New Keller William’s Office

The conversion of the existing warehouse space will include both exterior and interior improvements.

Last month, applicant Arthur Wright Gardner of Wright Gardner Architect LLC had submitted an application for a special administrative permit to facilitate the redevelopment plans of an existing warehouse facility into a new Keller William’s office complex within the City of Atlanta located at 301 Boulevard SE and within the Grant Park, Oakland Neighborhood.

According to City documents, the property is currently zoned SPI-22S A4 and falls within NPU W. Intown Equity Investors are listed as the property owners.

According to the application documents, the project consists of the conversion of an existing 5,073 square foot office and warehouse facility into an office. Plans were drawn by Wright Gardner Architect LLC call for the complete renovation of both the exterior and interior of the building on the 21,344 square foot lot. A mezzanine will be added to the existing structure, and walls will be constructed to divide the interior of the building in order to make individual office space, meeting rooms, and restroom facilities.

The existing parking lot will be maintained and contain 27 spaces but will be enhanced with additional vegetation. In addition, streetlights and a street planting plan will be incorporated into the site plans to be in compliance with the City’s regulations.
