The open scratch kitchen will be helmed by Executive Chef Hannah Young who will utilize produce and proteins from local vendors and area farms.

Adele’s Atlanta will showcase its comfort dishes like roasted chicken with salsa verde, seasonal whole roasted fish, gnocchi, and kale salad with anchovy dressing while introducing newer additions like a smoked duck (grape gastrique, cauliflower puree), charred shrimp (Swiss chard, Gouda grits), shaved Brussel sprouts (golden beets, pine nuts, apple vinaigrette) and steak tartare (shaved garlic, caramelized onion, eggplant chips)

“Mirroring architectural gems in two cities, both restaurants take raw, industrial spaces of decades-old car garages and add crisp, modern décor — creating a juxtaposed warm, industrial dining canvas,” according to a press release. “For those who have enjoyed Adele’s Nashville, Adele’s Atlanta will too be a gathering place for all to enjoy. Its lively spirit will be a place where people get together to enjoy fresh seasonal and familiar flavors that are inspired by the lightness of California cuisine and the rustic comfort of Italian dishes prepared with wood-burning ovens and grills.”

Adele’s Atlanta will also offer seasonal alfresco dining and an intimate private dining space. Dinner will be available from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m.

“We have always wanted to carefully expand Adele’s concept to other cities,” Howard Greenstone, founder and CEO of Red Pebbles Hospitality, said. “Once we discovered this adaptive reuse space in Atlanta, especially in this neighborhood, we knew that we could keep the integrity of what makes Adele’s special – adding local touches by creative design and our talented culinary team.”
