We have no doubt Fresh Bistro will be very well received by our tenants at Riverwalk II and Platinum Tower given the restaurant’s emphasis on healthy eating, and we look forward to bringing this concept to more properties throughout our portfolio.”

Accesso and Infuse Hospitality worked closely to design a menu that offered a mix of options.

“I am so excited to strengthen our relationship with Accesso and bring our newest fresh and modern concept to more of its properties,” said Michael Schultz, Founder and CEO of Infuse Hospitality. “It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know the company and what it stands for, so it only made sense for us to continue expanding our partnership to markets beyond Minneapolis. I am very pleased with the design of the menu and layout for Fresh Bistro and believe it is a brand that will really resonate with customers.”

All Fresh Bistro concepts will feature a uniformed modern and inviting environment. It is meant to be a place tenants can visit to meet with friends or coworkers.
