Permits filed June 9 indicate that a $400,000 renovation is planned for the property. Work would include new offices, restrooms, a “new customer lobby,” and replacing of parking amenities, among other renovations.

The owner of the property is listed as Amres Investments, LLC.

Vantage Realty first listed the property for lease in 2011, but no permits have since been filed for the property until now.
