For the main course, diners will be served a dish that features buttery toro crudo complemented by the zesty pop of ruby finger lime, briny ikura pearls, and a silky drizzle of premium DOP olive oil. Taste this luxurious harmony of flavors, which will be a refined celebration of freshness and elegance. As for the wine, sip on White Burgundy.

Right after, the second course will be served, which will have perfectly grilled scallops at the center of the dish. It will be surrounded by the creamy decadence of uni, earthy shiitake, and a rich wagyu vinaigrette. The dish will be a bold and umami-packed culinary masterpiece. Root Sangiovese Red will be the wine served along with it.

The Third course will be followed by the Lobster and Truffle Tortellini. Taste the delicate pasta filled with succulent lobster. To go with it, there will be the velvety melted leeks and topped off by an aromatic shaved Burgundy truffle. This dish will be a symphony of luxury on the plate. Diners can choose to pair with a glass of Riesling wine.

For dessert, expect something simple yet decadent. A rich and creamy Basque cheesecake with a caramelized top that is balanced perfectly by the tangy sweetness of huckleberry preserves will be served. Top it off with some Cadedu Bucce Orange Wine.

The Tradition that Inspired the Dinner

The dinner has been inspired by the age-old Italian-American tradition for Ocean’s Bounty. It has been a long standing Roman Catholic tradition to stay away from meat and dairy on the eve of a feast day like Christmas. That “Feast of the Seven Fishes” dinner is made into an opportunity to relish at least seven types of seafood. Carmel has drawn inspiration from this tradition to serve a wonderful seafood menu to its customers during this Christmas time.

This holiday season, pay a visit to Carmel in Buckhead to get a taste of the contemporary twist on Mediterranean cuisine. A delectable seafood experience awaits customers.
