What Now Atlanta spoke with a broker involved with the listing, who confirmed the sale is expected to close next week, and if all goes well, the new restaurant will take over the space on the border of Sweet Auburn and the Old Fourth Ward.

What Now Atlanta reached out to Jonathan Burns, who also owns Boogalou Restaurant and Lounge in Midtown, but the restaurant owner was not immediately available for comment.

We expect The View @ 442 will, first and foremost, boast some pretty great views, but aside from that we’re still digging up details. Stay tuned as we continue to gather information.
