In April, GB Commercial, LLC sold the property to Habersham Partners, LLC for $5,500,000. A source involved with the new project in the 13,600-square-foot space confirmed with What Now Atlanta that a restaurant and lounge is moving in, and work is already being done to make way for the new concept.

As for details, well, we’re still working on those. We don’t know the new restaurant’s name, or when it plans to open, but we should be getting more information over the next few weeks. For now, feel free to get excited that some new life (and food!) is headed to Midtown.
