A Haute Cookie on Thursday, April 18 will open its brick and mortar boutique.
Owned by Shiana White (the “Haute Baker”), the Grant Park cookie storefront follows on the heels of White’s food truck by the same name.
A Haute Cookie is located in The Beacon Atlanta, at 1039 Grant Street, Suite B17.
Highlights include cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and “totally safe-to-eat” raw cookie dough.
Vegan and gluten-free options feature shakes, brownie cookie dough bars, ice cream sandwiches, and “bottle nut milks” for both adults and children.
“Coming out of a horrible relationship, I wanted to show my children what a woman can do after the storm,” White said in a press release Tuesday.
“I spent more than 30 years baking for my siblings, family, friends and most recently my children. It was my oldest son who sparked me to make gourmet cookies a business when, one evening at a particularly low money point, I said rather desperately, ‘we need to think of a million dollar business.’ The kids were enjoying their typical evening homemade cookie snack and my oldest son just held up his cookie in a ‘cheers’ moment and my entrepreneurial mom mind went into high gear.”
In the new boutique, White offers classes, birthday parties and other events in A Haute Cookie’s private kitchen.
Participants leave with a spatula, box of cookies, A Haute Cookie’s edible sugar cookie dough recipe postcard, and a 16-ounce customized container of cookie dough.
A Haute Cookie’s food truck and cart will continue to cater to private events, weddings, birthdays, festivals and more throughout the city.
In related news for The Beacon Atlanta, one of the development’s oldest tenants Heal Thyself Atlanta, is already celebrating its two-year anniversary.
The wellness spa features holistic treatments like all-natural colonics, raindrop balancing massages, V-Steams, ionic foot detox with Spanish sea salt, and more.

Baker Dude Bakery Cafe in Grant Park @ The Beacon Atlanta is open for business during regular hours for Take Out service and limited dine in! We even have free delivery via UberEats and GrubHub and will do Curb-Side pickup.
Thanks for this. Hopefully it’ll be updated as more restaurants offer up take out/delivery. I want to support those businesses when possible. Also, if you can add Vinings/Smyrna, that’d be awesome! Keep up the great work!
