Streetcar-lined, nightlife-bustling Sweet Auburn is getting some desperately-needed housing stock.

Four 15 Stacks, a 24-townhome development, is underway in the neighborhood at 415 Gartrell Street SE.

“The most exciting news is that these units will start in the 300’s,” Scott Eaves with Epic Development told What Now Atlanta in a phone conversation Monday.

The development will feature three different floor plans, including 2 bed/2.5 bath and 3 bed/3.5 bath options.

Interiors and exteriors will be designed in a modern fashion by Gamble + Gamble Architects. Each unit will feature an open floor plan with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, modern fixtures, rooftop decks, and one-car garages.

Four 15 Stacks plans to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2016, with Phase 1 expected to be completed between 9-12 months from then.
