Atlanta Celebrates International Women’s Day 2025
The events happening on International Women’s Day will include everything from inspiring panel discussions and networking events to art exhibitions and advocacy campaigns. The celebrations will serve as a reminder of the history of the women of the world and the work that still lies ahead for gender equality.
Big Dreams, Bold Moves: The Success Blueprint
The 3rd Annual International Women’s Day Atlanta will be celebrated by the Empowerment Workshop and Passport Moms Care, Inc. With over 250 of Atlanta’s most influential women gathering for the event, it is one of the most sought-after events on Women’s Day in the city.
The celebration will highlight women’s achievements in various fields. Raising awareness about gender equality and women’s rights, the event will be an advocacy platform for a faster path to gender equality, going along with the IWD 2025 campaign theme ‘Accelerate Action’. International Women’s Day Celebration at The Works
Chattahoochee Food Works will be hosting a full-day celebration of Women’s Day on March 8. The day will start with wellness, as attendees can join a Pilates session with FEMSWEAT at Camp Street Green. It will be followed by a shopping experience at a pop-up market featuring incredible women-owned businesses. A live DJ will play music to wind up the day’s celebration.
Head to the event wearing purple to show support. Attending the event will also be an act of giving back, as donations can be made to the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance, which promotes education and advocacy for ovarian cancer awareness. World Affairs Council of Atlanta
Have breakfast while engaging in conversation, empowerment, and celebration of International Women’s Day. The event features the Keynote Speech by the visionary leader, groundbreaking entrepreneur, and philanthropist Asma Farid, who will share her story of Faith, Resilience, and Success.

Hotel At Avalon Celebrates IWD
This International Women’s Day, the Hotel at Avalon will host a gathering designed to empower and inspire women through a series of engaging activities. The transformative event will feature relaxing yoga, a sound bath session, and a Lululemon Fashion Show. It will also include a panel discussion moderated by comedian Heather Tolley-Bauer.
