The 294-unit mixed-use residential project will include 6,300 square feet of retail and stand 10 floors tall.

The website features a gallery displaying several interior sample photos, though it is unclear whether the photos are from the property itself.

The development, from JLB Partners, promises “custom home finishes” featuring hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite or quartz counters in a variety of floor plans.

In keeping up with every other awesome proposed or under construction housing development in Midtown these days, residents of Trace Midtown will get to enjoy “resort level amenities.”

Move-ins are slated to begin this summer.
