Owners of the new 4th Pick Sports Bar and Grill submitted a building permit application to bring a new food, drink, and sports venue for residents of the Lindridge-Martin Manor neighborhood. A sports bar is a great place to watch the latest sports events and enjoy good food with friends and coworkers. Jayce Atlanta Development plans to do just that.

“We are in the very early stages but we are excited to bring this project to Atlanta,” said property owner TaShonia Roach of Jayce Atlanta Development aka Pittman Consulting Group LLC.

TaShonia Roach believes a sports bar is what’s missing from Lindridge-Martin Manor. “The Cheshire Bridge area has a great history and we would like to be a part of that.” In business since 2011, Pittman Consulting Group LLC is an 8(a), HUBZone, Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business and Woman-Owned Small Business Certified by the SBA.

Renovations will begin in the near future on 1886 Cheshire Bridge Road NE, to transform the 4,060-square-foot, one-story building, formerly Decades Antiques and Vintage, which closed in October 2020, into a sports bar. First, a new hood and grease trap will be installed. Next, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be done.

Roberts General Contracting of McDonough, GA has been contracted to renovate the building. Since 2013, they have worked on projects throughout the east coast, including Champs Sports, Foot Locker, and Zaxby’s.
