Owners of 8Arm, Good Food Truck To Launch 3Heart Wholesale Coffee Roaster

Paris on Ponce will house the coffee roaster and retail shop.

Chef Nhan Le of 8Arm and Octopus Bar is partnering with Jessamine Starr of Good Food Truck to launch 3Heart, a wholesale coffee roaster, and retail shop, according to Eater Atlanta.

3Heart will be situated along the Beltline in Paris on Ponce, at 716 Ponce De Leon Place NE.

The concept is expected to launch in spring 2018 in the “back corner” of the 46,000-square-foot showroom of antiques, furnishing, and “oddities.”

A seasonal menu of eats will be served in addition to the coffee roasted within and available for purchase.

“3Heart” gets its name from the three hearts of an octopus; a reference to Le’s three restaurants 8Arm, Octopus Bar, and Lusca (now closed.)

Le and Starr did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
