Only 2D renderings of the project have been available until now.

The $140 Million 725 Ponce will include a 60,000-square-foot “urban prototype” Kroger below 360,000 square feet of Class A loft office space, replacing the infamous Murder Kroger.

The project, “inspired by Brooklyn,” will open in 2019 instead of fall 2018 as previously expected.

  1. Sorry Caleb, but I think it’s just cheap journalism to remind people of the murder tag. People died. If you and others would stop “printing” this maybe people will stop using the name. What now? Move on.

    1. [expletive] that. It’ll always be murder Kroger. It’s in the local lexicon.

If anything, it honors the deaths by remembering them, not covering it up like you want.

    2. What’s worst is Kroger is not calling it Beltline Kroger as he mentioned, they are calling it Kroger on Ponce. Way to go for the clickbate Colin. Responsible journalism will quote your sources.
