The high-rise, at 250 Piedmont Avenue NE, is a $55 million renovation project of a 20-story office tower into 327 apartments adjoined the Hilton Hotel, expected for a December completion (move-ins begin mid-September.)

The Office offers one- or two-bedroom unfurnished apartments with leases for one-bedrooms starting at $1,350 a month, utilities excluded.
