All three tenants are expected to open later this year.

The additions to the 10-story office tower, at 715 Peachtree Street NE near the Fox Theatre, were Friday announced by developer Carter and capital partner Pacific Coast Capital Partners.

715 Peachtree underwent renovations in 2016 after being acquired in 2015, and is already home to co-working spaces and a software development center for Honeywell International Inc.

Stone Summit’s Midtown location would be the climbing gym and fitness center’s third metro-Atlanta store, joining existing locations in Kennesaw and Northeast Atlanta.

Bareburger’s 715 Peachtree outpost would be the restaurant’s first Atlanta store. The New York-based chain serves up organic and all-natural burgers.

Land of a Thousand Hills, which would serve the co-working community in the project, has a location nearby in Atlantic Station and its first Atlanta-area store is situated in Roswell.

715 Peachtree, a 318,000-square-foot Class-B office building with an adjoining 505-space parking garage first constructed in 1972, was occupied by a single tenant until 2012.
