Loudermilk Friday submitted several building permit applications to City of Atlanta to demolish Buckhead Village buildings including Buckhead Bottle Bar, Chuck’s Firearms, Fish Hawk and Park Bench (Bottle Bar has since relocated to Midtown and Park Bench has long relocated down the street to34 Irby Avenue.)

The neighboring Mitchell Gold space “may or may not” be demolished at a later date, according to early plans released late 2014.

The demolition will be “phased” starting with Bottle Bar and the former Park Bench space. Chuck’s Firearms and Fish Hawk will be demolished pending the relocation of the merchants.

Loudermilk has acquired the land surrounding Buckhead Atlanta without a clear vision for what will be built there. The space could be used a number of ways, everything from a new office project to a new hotel, and possibly a combination.
