Secreto Kitchen And Bar is now open in Alpharetta. The restaurant offers a farm-to-table Southern inspired menu from Chef Boyd A. Rose. Secreto’s website features lunch and dinner menus as well as a list of wine and beers. Hours of operation are posted on the eatery’s Facebook page.

Plans have been filed for a new location of Penn Station East Coast Subs to open in Lawrenceville, at 938 Duluth Highway. The outpost will be sized at 1,533 square feet. The counter-service restaurant serves grilled sub sandwiches, fries and fresh-squeezed lemonade

The Encore Apartments off Galleria Parkway in Cobb will soon be available for move-ins, and the leasing office is set to open this month as well. Leases for available units range in price from $1,195 to over $2,795.

Ashton Gardens, a wedding venue concept with multiple locations in Texas and Georgia, is building a new location in Marietta at 1601 White Circle Northwest. The new venue will be the company’s second in Georgia, and sized between 20,000 to 49,999 SF.

Rapidly growing CorePower Yoga has filed plans for the company’s fifth metro Atlanta location. The outpost will be located in a 4500 square foot space in Sandy Springs Plaza off Roswell Road, to the right of Trader Joe’s.

Another CorePower Yoga location is currently under construction in the Spire building in Midtown, as previously reported by What Now Atlanta.
