A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Friday to build-out Cacao in suite R2 in the Inman Park mixed-use project, at 299 North Highland Avenue.

Cacao had a location in Inman Park down the street, at 1046 N. Highland Avenue, that shuttered in 2013 after five years in business and relocated to West Midtown.

This won’t be the first time Hard will reopen a Cacao location in a major neighboring development. The retailer of fine chocolates has plans to move its Buckhead store to Buckhead Atlanta this summer.

Cacao joins MF Sushi, Bartaco, Ford Fry, Bread & Butterfly, Amer, and The Stout Brothers at IQ this fall.
