The developer submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta to construct the new mixed-use development, at 780 West Peachtree St. NW.

The new residential project will include 290 “upscale” apartments, and “2,500 – 7,000 SF restaurant space(s),” according to a leasing flyer produced by SRS Real Estate Partners.

  1. The location of this project is confusing as the address given is “780 West Peachtree St.” yet the location indicated on the map clearly shows it is at the intersection of 5th and Peachtree Street . . . facing either 5th Street or Peachtree Street. How does it have a “West Peachtree” address when it does not front West Peachtree?

  2. I agree with Harry that there are two addresses listed in the announcement. Based on the map I really think that the article is talking about the SW corner of 5th and Peachtree that is currently a green space adjacent to a Bell South building.

  3. The address is 780 Peachtree St., NE. They’ve put up the fences (completely blocking the sidewalk on Peachtree) and starting ripping the trees out today (9-24-14).
