  1. marcello’s pizza and subs …. you charge way too much to be on this list along with the $hitty chinese restaurants in atlanta. get your shit together, a 60 is unacceptable.

  2. Mf sushi wasn’t even trying cause they were about to shut its doors and it still beat the flying biscuit.

  3. In case you need any more explanation as to why WNA does not report the re-inspection score, just look at Bamboo Luau:

    June surprise score: 56
    June re-test (2 days later): 98
    January surprise score: 56

    1. hi erica, we publish every fulton county restaurant that failed it’s health inspection the previous month. it’s very possible that one or two might slip out of our radar based on how quickly scores are rectified.

  4. That’s very interesting, as you neglected to mention Strip, located at Atlantic Station. They failed in January.

Perhaps you have concerns about sharing negative info about your employers tenants? But now you’ve lost credibility here, on your blog.

About one month ago, Creative Loafing wrote “Spivak says he will not compromise his content for What Now Atlanta in any way.”

That didn’t last long, did it?

  5. What about Strip? Someone on Creative Loafing is calling you out for not mentioning them. They didn’t leave any proof that Strip had a bad score so I don’t think anyone should jump the gun but given your relationship with Atlantic Station, this is something I’d think you’d want to clarify.

  6. I was at that FB location with a work group over the weekend and their inspection said 95 or 98. I noticed it bc it was posted right where we were standing in waiting area. Why the big difference? Which one is right?

  7. Baldwin,

Why calling names? Shouldn’t someone hold the media accountable? Strip’s info was just as available as the rest of the restaurants. I found it interesting that he left it out of the post. Seemed biased.

But that has been corrected. Aside from your anger issues, there is nothing more to see here. Move on.
