If everything goes according to plan Marlow’s Tavern will open an outpost in Brookhaven.

The Atlanta-based restaurant chain is looking to bring its newest location to the Brookleigh Market development, at 3575 Durden Drive NE.

A Letter of Intent (LOI) has been “submitted” for the forthcoming store, Kaffee Hopkins, director of brand marketing at Sterling Spoon, Marlow’s parent company, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone conversation Monday.

Marlow’s Tavern is “finishing negotiations on a lease” with Coro Realty, the development’s landlord, Andrea L. Kenney, vice president of leasing at Coro, confirmed in an email to WNA Tuesday.

The restaurant that specializes in American cuisine is reportedly taking suite 301, a 3,004-square-foot space with the ability to add a 1,520-square-foot patio.

Marlow’s has 17 locations across Georgia and Florida with two additional outposts slated to open later this year, excluding the planned Brookleigh Market restaurant, according to the company’s website.
