These new names follow the recent opening of Vans and relocation and expansion of Steve Madden, re-opening early August 2012.

Vineyard Vines, a company best known for its whimsical neckties and pink whale logo, will open near Guest Services this August, according to the release.

The 3,450 square foot store marks the company’s first retail location in Georgia and their 22nd free-standing store, the release notes. The new store will offer the company’s full line of apparel and accessories for men, women and children, and its famous men’s ties.

Opening this fall, C. Wonder, the lifestyle brand and retail concept founded by Chris Burch, will open a 5,700-square-foot store. The retailer’s Lenox Square store will be its fifth location for the company and the first in the Southeast.

Steve Madden will re-open in their expanded 1,586-square-foot space near Lenox Square’s main entrance in early August 2012.

  1. About time Steve Madden gave up on that luxury wing location, any news of what store they’ll be taking over? And what will go in their spot next to Nicole Miller?

  2. Lenox should rip the roofs off of the public corridors/spaces, add a few stories of apartments to its rise, and develop that miserable parking (lot that destroys 25% of one of the busiest intersections in the city) with green space and more residential mixed use….oh, and it should install security measures like Atlantic Station has done.

  3. I knew Urbanist couldn’t resist chiming in on this one!

Tell them how to perfect your domain, Urbanist!!!!!

    YOU LOVE MALLS!!!!!

  4. I thought there was a rumor once that CH Carolina Herrera was coming to the upper level Neiman wing?

  5. @Urbanist,

So do you criticize all the other malls in America that EVERY single city has on any of their local websites? Or because you are just a pissy little whiner you choose to just do it here? I can see your move must still be doing you so well and keeping you occupied with so many things a “real city” has to offer because you still cant stay away from here.

Why don’t you just move to another city?, or wherever you came from. I actually enjoy a enclosed mall enviroment when the tempatures are over 100 degrees.
I could just see it open: you walk out of Steve Madden and head towards Prada, but by the time you walk in you are soaked in sweat, your hair is dripping, and they think you are probably a bum.
Get your own blog Urbanist and call it, “Whiners of Atlanta.”

  7. @ Urbanist, sorry for misspelling your username, now you can whin about Atlantans not being able to spell and are uneducated, ha, ha!
