The official permit was filed in Atlanta this week, citing approximately $1.1 million in building costs to create an almost 5,000-square-foot space.

Superica (which means “really good” or “rich”) will be a casual “Mex-Tex” restaurant featuring Austin, Texas-inspired Mexican food, wood-fired grills, and an indoor/outdoor patio area.
