Deep End will open in Old Fourth Ward at the end of October, Eater Atlanta first reported Tuesday.

Julian Goglia, Brooks Cloud and Mike Blydenstein, the partners behind The Pinewood in Decatur and The Mercury at Ponce City Market, will open the late-night taco bar. It will serve a variety of tacos, frozen drinks and all-day breakfast.

Deep End will take the space formerly occupied by 4th & Swift, at 621 North Avenue.

The restaurant is inspired by 1970s Southern California, according to the Eater Atlanta report.

What Now Atlanta uncovered a permit application in July filed with the City of Atlanta for Deep End. A total of $90,000 was spent renovating the 4,875-square-foot space on items like new electrical and interior finishes.
