Leases Up For Renewal At Lenox Square Mall Means Opportunity For Retailers to Remodel.
Kate Spade New York at Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead will begin remodeling on April 13.
Located next to St. John, directly across from Burberry in the Neiman Marcus Luxury Wing, Kate Spade New York plans on utilizing their space more appropriately. Increasing the available room for merchandise, the remodel will allow for an increase in the volume of Kate Spade apparel.
Though the renovations will be minor, insiders suggest that the focal point of the remodel will be in adding more shelving/racks and upgrading to hardwood floors.
New fixtures, millwork, lighting and modifications to the dressing rooms will also be apart of the remodel.
The space will be closed during the renovation but will reopen May 1, the expected date of completion.
